About the Founder
The idea for Pet-X started when our CEO, Annalisa, noticed a common problem in the pet grooming industry. With over 35 years of experience, with 15 years in pet services and retail environment as a breeder, groomer, show dog handler, and pet services leader in Italy and the United States.

With over 30 years of experience in grooming, conformation shows, and multi-unit pet retail leadership, Annalisa started her career in Italy as award-winning Terrier breeder and later pioneering the breeder channel business at Mars, Inc. Her deep industry knowledge and innovative mindset led her to launch Pet-X Solutions, where she develops groundbreaking tools to address unmet needs in the pet services industry.

Gilbert began his career as a Product Manager before moving into manufacturing, where he developed strong expertise in forecasting, projections, and vendor negotiations. With over 20 years of experience in operations and procurement, he brings a fresh, outside-industry perspective to Pet-X Solutions, helping drive operational efficiency, smarter planning, and long-term strategic growth.

Samantha Palya, an award-winning groomer and industry leader, started her career in 1996 and later founded Absolutely Pawfect Pet Styling, Inc. and The Enrichment Stylist Pet Business Consulting and Education. She is a passionate advocate for education and Enrichment Grooming and her extensive knowledge of the grooming industry makes her an invaluable consultant, helping our Mission become a reality.

Don't worry, you're not alone! Our clients find Groom-X really easy to use. Just chose one of the most common pet grooming instructions or write your own as detailed as possible to allow our innovative technology to show you the image…it is that easy!
You can use the application on 4 devices simultaneously! There is no extra cost. You can use it on your laptop, desktop and any mobile device.
Groom-X is a subscription-based membership. You can decide to make one payment for an Annual Membership or get the Annual Membership through a monthly payment. Any additional feature or improvement will be automatically available to you in real time without incurring additional charges. Click here to see our Membership Plans
We are contacting the major grooming software providers to integrate our solution for seamless use. It will take some time to strengthen these partnerships but if you want to speed up the process, you can help us by contacting your software provider and asking them to integrate with us. Our goal is to make your life easier while “building connections, one pet at a time”
Once Groom-X is integrated in the software you are currently use, you won’t need to add this extra step. Everything will be automatically available. Until then, if you are using Groom-X as a stand-alone application, you will just need to add the information for the first time for each customer and the application will retain them with the history and images of each groom for future use.
